Pastor, Sidney Maloy is the Senior Pastor, Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of the New Life Evangelistic Center in Austin, Texas. Sidney loves to preach, teach, and expound on the word of God. He enjoys the privilege of service to Christ by serving God’s people.
Pastor Sidney Maloy is a Veteran of the Army National Guard & the Airforce Reserves.
Graduating with an Associate of Science degree in 2000 and a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Psychology (Magna Cum Laude) from Park University in 2004. . He retired from Austin Energy as a Safety Consultant for over 24 years and is currently working as Risk Manager for the State of Texas.

He is a member of the American Academy of Crisis Counselors as of January 2001; having been examined in regard to Christian experience, Christian education, Bible Doctrine and understanding concerning counseling ethics and skill.
He is a committed husband to Shaundra E. Maloy and a dedicated father to 4 daughters & 6 grandchildren.
We are also convinced of the reality of powerful prayer. We believe that a praying church has a much better chance of making a difference than a prayer-less one.Pastor Sidney has diligently served as Volunteer Chaplain with the Austin Police Department for over 15 years.
